山东师范大学坐落于中国山东省济南市，始建于1950年。学校现有3万余名在校生，在职教职工2835人，其中专任教师2179人。学校自1983年开始招收国际学生，是中国教育部批准的首批招收国际学生的单位之一，目前已与38个国家（地区）的180余所高校建立校际友好关系，在海外建设了8所孔子学院，是全国承办孔子学院数量较多的高校之一，获“孔子学院中方先进合作机构”称号。40多年来，先后培养了来自世界70多个国家和地区的20,000多名长、短期留学生。
Shandong Normal University (SDNU) is located in Jinan, Shandong Province, China. Founded in 1950, the university now has more than 30,000 full-time students and 2,835 faculty members, including 2,179 full-time teachers. It began recruiting international students in 1983 and is one of the first institutions approved by the Ministry of Education of China to enroll international students. To date, it has established friendly inter-university relations with more than 180 universities and colleges in 38 countries and regions, and has established 8 Confucius Institutes overseas, making it one of the Chinese universities with a large number of Confucius Institutes. It has been awarded the title of "Advanced Chinese Partner Institution for Confucius Institutes". Over the past 40 plus years, SDNU has educated more than 20,000 long-term and short-term international students from over 70 countries and regions around the world.

18-50周岁，品行端正、身体健康且愿意遵守中国相关法律法规和学校规章制度的外籍人士；

汉语进修项目在入学初安排汉语水平测试，根据测试成绩分为七个班级教学。课程分为主修课和选修课，其中主修课每周学时为 20 学时。班级层次和课程设置详见图表：

For the Chinese language training program, a Chinese proficiency test is arranged at the beginning of the term. According to the test results, students will be divided into seven classes. The courses consist of major courses and elective courses. The major courses will be 20 hours each week. The levels of classes and the courses setting are shown in the following charts:

4. 完成规定课程学习，考查合格者颁发《结业证书》。
Students who complete all required courses and pass the assessments shall be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
1. 护照照片页复印件：包括个人信息页和来华签证页，护照有效期需涵盖整个学习期限。
Photocopy of Passport: including personal information page and Chinese visa pages if applicants have been to China. Passport validity shall cover the whole study period.
经公证的最高学历证明及成绩单（中文或英文版本）；
2. Notarized proof of highest academic degree and transcript (in Chinese or English);
3. 目前在华学习者需提供所在学校开具的在学表现证明/出勤率证明；
For applicants currently studying in China, please provide the academic performance certificate/attendance certificate of your current school;
目前在华工作者需提供单位开具的工作情况证明；
For applicants currently working in China, please provide the certificate given by the workplace;
4.国际学生经济担保书（附件1）；
Statement of Financial Support through a Guarantor (Annex 1);
5.无犯罪记录证明 Non-Criminal Certificate (notarized photocopy in English or Chinese)
申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。非中英文的需同时提供经公证的中文或英文翻译件。
Applicants shall submit a valid Certificate of Non-Criminal Record (or Police Clearance Certificate) issued by the local public security (such as the police station), usually issued within six months prior to the submission date of the application.
6.体检证明 通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。
Medical examination certificate, usually issued within six months prior to the submission date of the application.
注：
1）无论录取与否，报名费415元不退还；
2）一经录取，原则上中途转学、退学，已缴纳学费不退还。

2.留学生工作办公室审核学生资料并通过邮件告知学生审核结果；
The International Students Office examines applicants' materials and informs the
students of the results through email;
3.通过学院审核的学生在收到预录取通知书的十天内缴纳报名费及学费至山东师范大学财务账户，并将缴费单据发送邮件至ciesdnu@163.com；（费用缴纳方式详见附件2）
Applicants approved by the college shall pay the application fee and tuition fee to the financial account of Shandong Normal University within 10 days upon receipt of the pre-admission letter, and send the payment receipt by email to ciesdnu@163.com.;(Please refer to Annex 2 for payment methods.)
4.留学生工作办公室向被录取学生发送录取确认函。
The office shall send an admission notice to students.
申请者无需邮寄纸质申请材料。申请过程中，我校及院系招生部门有权要求申请者提供申请材料的书面版原件或者指定认证机构出具的认证文件供进一步查验。
*Applicants do not need to send the hard copy of the application documents by post. SDNU has the right to require applicants to provide original application materials or authentication documents issued by a designated institution for further inspection.
1、录取的学生持《山东师范大学录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华确认表》（JW202）或者《短期来华留学生信息表》（DQ）到中国使馆申请来华签证，X1签证须在抵达中国后30天内转换为学习类居留许可，逾期不办理相关手续者，将做退学处理。
Admitted students shall apply for a Chinese visa from the Chinese embassy with the "Admission Notice of Shandong Normal University" and the "Confirmation Form for Study in China" (JW202) or "Information Form for Foreign Students’Short-term Visit" (DQ). Holders of X1 visas must convert them into residence permits for study within 30 days of arriving in China.
2、我校不接受学生持非学习类签证入校报到。
Those who fail to go through the relevant procedures within the time limit will be dismissed from school. The university does not accept students registering with non-study visas.
3、中国教育部规定，来华留学生必须购买中国境内的医疗保险。对于没有购买医疗保险者学校将不予办理注册手续。
In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education of China, international students coming to China must purchase medical insurance within China. The university will not complete the registration procedures for students who have not purchased medical insurance.
