2、奖学金资助期限以录取时确定的学习年限为准。若学生在奖学金资助期限内未能完成学业，其延长学习期间不再享受奖学金资助。
The scholarship coverage period shall be consistent with the length of study as determined upon admission. Students who fail to complete their studies within the scholarship coverage period shall not be entitled to scholarship during the extended study period.
3、所有奖学金获得者每年需要参加奖学金评审，评审合格后方可继续享受下一年奖学金，评审不合格者享受部分奖学金或取消奖学金资格。
All the students who get the scholarship shall attend scholarship evaluation every year and only those who have passed the evaluation will continue to enjoy the scholarship.
3、申请者一旦被录取，原则上不允许更换专业。
Once admitted, the applicant shall not change major.
CRITERIA & ELIGIBILITY
1、申请人须为非中国籍公民，且身体健康；
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and be in good health.;
2、来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；
Applicants for master's degree studies must have a bachelor's degree and be under the age of 35;
来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过 40 周岁。
Applicants for doctoral degree studies must have a master's degree and be under the age of 40.
3、攻读中文授课专业者，原则上须具备HSK5级证书（180分以上），证书有效期为两年；攻读英文授课专业者，请提供英文水平考试证明，母语为英语的申请者或者前一阶段学历授课语言为英文的申请者免于提供语言水平考试证明。
HSK level 5 (more than 180 credits) within the two-year validity is necessary for applicants for Chinese-taught programs; Certificate of English ability is required for applicants for English-taught programs. English native speakers or applicants whose latest study is in English programs are exempt from the certificate.
4、学业成绩优秀且未同时获得其他各类奖学金。
Only applicants that have not received other sorts of funding or scholarships could apply for this scholarship.
5、建议提前联系导师并获取导师推荐函。
It is recommended to contact the supervisor in advance and obtain a letter of recommendation.

2、申请材料 Application Materials
a) 护照复印件；
Copy of passport;
b) 经公证的最高学历证明（毕业预期证明）和成绩单（中英文均可）；
Notarized highest diploma;
Prospective diploma recipients must submit an official document issued by their current school to prove their current student status or expected graduation date. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;
Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English);
Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
c) 语言水平证明
Language Proficiency Certificate
中文授课：需提供有效期（2年）内的HSK证书。
*For Chinese-taught programs: copy of the effective (within 2 yrs) HSK certificate.
英文授课：雅思（IELTS）6.0、托福（TOEFL）80分以上证书
*For English taught programs: IELTS (6.0 or above) / TOFEL (80or above) certificate.
前一阶段学历授课语言为中文或英文的申请者，须提供毕业学校出具的证明，经我校审核认可后，可免交语言证书。
Applicants whose previous academic studies are delivered in Chinese or English may be exempted from submitting language certificates upon the University's approval, provided that they present an official certificate issued by their graduating institution to verify the medium of instruction.
d) 两封推荐信。两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
Two Recommendation Letters (written in Chinese or English) signed by professors or associate professors;
e) 来华学习计划（中文或英文，不少于800字）；
A Study Plan or Research Proposal (written in Chinese or English) which should be more than 800 words;
f) 无犯罪记录证明；
None-Criminal Record Certificate;
g) 六个月以内的体检证明 Physical examination report within 6 months
h) 其他材料，如发表论文、研究型成果等（非必要材料）

2. 在线跟踪申请状态Track Application Status Online
申请者请关注邮箱或登录在山东师范大学申请网站上注册的账号查询申请进度和状态。
*请确保邮箱地址正确并定期查看邮件，否则可能会错过重要信息(如面试时间等)。
Check the email box or log into the SDNU online application account to track your application status.
*Make sure the email address is correct and check the email box from time to time, otherwise you might miss some IMPORTANT INFORMATION, eg. the arrangement of the interview etc.
3. 录取与入学 Admission and University Enrollment
可在山东师范大学国际学生在线申请系统查询录取结果。录取学生须严格按照录取通知书上规定的时间来校报到注册，报到时将核验毕业证书原件、学位证书原件等。未取得相应证书者，将被取消入学资格。
*申请者无需邮寄纸质申请材料。申请过程中，我校招生部门及院系有权要求申请者提供申请材料的书面版原件或者指定认证机构出具的认证文件供进一步查验。
The result of the application will be announced through the application account. Admitted students must register on the mentioned date on the admission letter and bring the original graduation certificate and degree.
The enrollment will be canceled if the relevant certificates are not provided.
*Applicants do not need to send the hard copy of the application documents by post

1、录取的学生持《山东师范大学录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华确认表》（JW202）到中国使馆申请来华签证，X1签证须在抵达中国后30天内转换为学习类居留许可，逾期不办理相关手续者，将做退学处理。我校不接受学生持非学习类签证入校报到。
Admitted students shall apply for a Chinese visa from the Chinese embassy with the "Admission Notice of Shandong Normal University" and the "Confirmation Form for Study in China" (JW202). Holders of X1 visas must convert them into residence permits for study within 30 days of arriving in China. Those who fail to go through the relevant procedures within the time limit will be dismissed from school. The university does not accept students registering with non-study visas.
2、中国教育部规定，来华留学生必须购买中国境内的医疗保险。对于没有购买医疗保险者学校将不予办理注册手续。
In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education of China, international students coming to China must purchase medical insurance within China. The university will not complete the registration procedures for students who have not purchased medical insurance.
